教授 博士生导师 现任中国细胞生物学会植物器官发生分会会长 2018-2022年教育部大学生物学课程教学指导委员会委员 中国植物生理与植物分子生物学会理事 中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心研究员 安徽省细胞生物学会常务理事 中国科技大学生命科学国家级实验教学中心主任。

      1991年和1994年毕业于兰州大学生物系细胞生物学专业,分别获理学学士和硕士学位。2003年毕业于复旦大学生化系,获理学博士学位。20032005年赴法国国家科研中心(CNRS)植物分子生物学研究所(IBMP)从事博士后研究。20062009年,在德国马普(Max Planck)发育生物研究所从事博士后研究。20092011年,在海德堡大学干细胞生物学系工作。2011年加入中国科技大学生命科学学院。

赵忠教授主要从事植物干细胞和发育生物学研究,首次在高等真核生物中报道了组蛋白H336位赖氨酸甲基化的生物学功能,以及在干细胞中生长素和细胞分裂素相互作用控制干细胞微环境的分子机制。主要研究成果发表于 Nature, Nature Cell Biology, EMBO J, Development Cell, PNAS Plant Cell等学术期刊,4篇文章受到Faculty of 1000推荐和评价,1篇文章为 ESI高被引论文(Highly Cited Papers)

1)植物干细胞 微环境建立和调控的分子机理。

2)植物干细胞的维持与分化的分子机制。
