教授 博士生导师 2001年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院 获理学学士学位 2006年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院 获理学博士学位 20062013年 在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)酒精滥用与酒精中毒研究所(NIAAA从事博士后研究工作

20133月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学学院。万人计划科技创新领军人才,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才中国科学技术大学杰出研究校长奖,中科院优秀导师,唐立新优秀学者奖获得者,中国科学院脑科学与智能技术卓越创新中心青年骨干。长期从事神经化学感知觉相关神经环路、离子通道病发病机制、小分子药物研发相关的神经科学研究,并取得以系列重要研究成果研究成果发表在Cell, Nature Neuroscience, Nature Chemical Biology, Journal of Experimental Medicine, PNAS, Cell ReportsiScienceJournal of Neuroscience, Neuropharmacology, Journal of Biological Chemistry等国际学术期刊上。获得过多项国家级基金资助。

研究兴趣与方向

1.探究感知觉的神经环路机制及其相关疾病,如癫痫、慢性痛、抑郁症、成瘾和耐受等,并开发相应的新型 治疗药物和治疗方法。

2.开发新型神经-化学技术,如单细胞质谱、单细胞器质谱、脑质谱成像等。

3.依托单细胞质谱和脑质谱成像技术,研究阿尔兹海默病、帕金森氏病等神经退行性疾病中小分子代谢组的变化及其分子机制,寻找相关的早期诊断标志物以及治疗方法。

4.探索配体门控离子通道的调控机制,如甘氨酸受体和伽马氨基丁酸。
