研究方向:肠道免疫微环境解析、感知应答与重塑。

1. 肠道环境要素空间解析与免疫特征关联
应用空间组学等前沿技术,系统解析肠道中核酸、脂类、多肽、氨基酸及其他代谢产物等关键环境因子的空间分布,阐明其与肠道免疫空间特征之间的调控关系。

2. 肠道环境物质免疫感知应答机制与疾病影响
运用生化、遗传学及免疫多样性分析技术,深入揭示肠道免疫系统对食物、微生物等特定环境要素的感知与应答机制,并探究其在食物过敏、肠炎、肠癌等多种消化道疾病发生发展中的作用。

3. 肠道免疫微环境重塑策略
通过干预饮食结构、调控微生物组成、调节免疫反应等策略,实现对肠道免疫微环境的系统性重塑,推动健康稳态的恢复与维持。
