博士、博士生导师、副教授
出生于安徽省。1989年至1993年就读于安徽师范大学生命科学学院获学士学位。1993年至1996年就读于北京师范大学生命科学学院,获硕士学位,2000年至2003年就读于日本京都大学,获博士学位。1996-2003年在北京师范大学生命科学学院工作,2003年至2006年在京都大学和石川县立大学作博士后研究,2006年至2008年在美国弗吉尼亚理工大学作博士后研究。2008年4月作为中国科技大学优秀人才引进,现为生命科学学院副教授。2009年2-6月,在美国休斯敦大学学习基于芯片的高通量DNA合成技术。共在Nucleic Acid Research, Metabolic Engineering, Bioresource Technology, Microbial Cell Factories等SCI学术期刊发表研究论文30余篇。
主要研究兴趣:
- 基于微流芯片的高保真高通量基因合成。采用通过芯片合成的寡核苷酸为出发材料,通过高通量的扩增、纠错及组装降低DNA合成成本,提高合成效率。
- 利用生物质生产各种化学品的耐热工程酵母的构建。利用木质纤维素生物质以及菊芋为材料生产乙醇、木糖醇、丙酮酸、乳酸、果糖等有较高附加值的产品。
- 重组蛋白高温表达体系的构建。在耐热酵母及耐热丝状真菌中构建重组蛋白的表达系统。
