中国科学技术大学基础医学院教授，博士生导师，免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室独立PI。国家青年基金A类（原杰青）（2025）、国家级青年人才项目（2021）、安徽省海外引进计划（2020）入选者。长期聚焦于组织驻留巨噬细胞的免疫特性、功能机制和靶向干预策略研究，揭示了巨噬细胞介导的血-膀和血-肝免疫屏障机制，以最后通讯作者在Immunity (2025)、J Clin Invest (2023)、Nat Commun (2024)、Cell Reports (2025)、Adv Sci (2025)等期刊发表多篇论文。担任中国免疫学会移植免疫分会委员、中国生物物理学会感染与免疫分会委员、中国细胞生物学会教育工作委员会委员、安徽省免疫学会理事。

研究兴趣/方向：

巨噬细胞存在于机体每一处组织中，其起源、分布及功能具有高度异质性，是组织器官区域免疫应答特性的核心塑造者，在组织稳态维持和疾病发生发展中扮演了关键角色。课题组主要致力于运用高分辨活体显微成像技术研究组织区域免疫应答，聚焦于组织驻留巨噬细胞在感染及肿瘤等疾病中的功能特性。主要研究方向包括：

• 组织巨噬细胞亚群鉴定及更新分化机制；

• 巨噬细胞在感染与肿瘤中的应答动态与功能；

• 基于巨噬细胞的肿瘤免疫治疗策略开发
