致力于骨科临床教学、骨科基础与应用性研究10余年，目前联合培养在站博士后6名、硕士研究生8名。前期研究成果，已获“安徽省科技进步二等奖”、“安徽省教科文卫体系统职业道德先进个人”、“中国科大附属第一医院科技先锋奖” 及“科研论文优秀团队”、“上海交通大学博士生学术论坛优秀论文奖”、“上海交通大学博士研究生国家奖学金”、“全国骨科学年会中青年优秀论文二等奖”、“全国骨科医师年会暨第三届骨科规范化手术视频比赛二等奖”、“安徽省中青年骨科医生手术标准化比赛一等奖”，连续7年“安徽省立医院优秀博士及青年技术骨干”，多次在“全国骨科学年会（COA）”、“全国骨科医师年会（CAOS）”、“亚洲人工关节外科年会”中文或英文发言。

在 Applied Surface Science、Bioactive Materials、Molecular Therapy: Nucleic Acids、Biomed Pharmacother等学术期刊（SCI）发表论文30余篇，中文核心及统计源期刊25篇，总影响因子IF:96.537，主持国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目2项，安徽省重点研究与开发计划1项、中国、江苏及安徽省博士后基金面上项目3项，获实用新型专利4项，总引用频次约500次，包括ACS Applied Materials and Interface、Progress in Materials Science、JAMA Surgery、Biomaterials、Journal of Infection、International Journal of Medical Microbiology 等顶级权威杂志。
