特任教授，博士生导师
入选国家海外高层次青年人才项目（2024）；中国科学院率先行动青年项目（择优，2023）；中国科大生医部，免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室PI。2010年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学，2017年于中国科学技术大学与中科院上海生化细胞所联合培养获得博士学位，后于美国St.Jude儿童研究医院进行博士后研究（合作导师Douglas R Green院士）；2023年加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部。长期从事干细胞和T淋巴细胞命运决定相关方向研究，特别是围绕肿瘤与感染中表观遗传对记忆T细胞亚群的形成和功能调控，取得了一系列学术成果，以第一作者在Nature，Stem Cell Reports，FASEB J等国际知名期刊发表多篇文章，申请CAR-T治疗相关美国专利两项。主持国家自然科学基金委面上项目、中科院引才计划择优支持项目、合肥综合性国家科学中心前沿交叉科学与生物医学研究所培育项目，参与“国家重点研发计划”等多项项目。
研究兴趣：
目前课题组研究聚焦在：1）肿瘤、感染免疫微环境中物理、化学信号对T淋巴细胞记忆、衰老、耗竭等命运决定的表观遗传等分子机制；2）T淋巴细胞不对称分裂对其早期命运和后续功能的影响；3）利用CRISPR体内筛选体系，研究疾病非编码区SNV对干细胞和T细胞命运和功能的影响；4）靶向T细胞命运决定过程，结合体外干细胞向T细胞定向分化技术，开发优化CAR-T等免疫疗法。
