翁晨春

特任研究员。2014年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院,2014-2020年师从中国科学技术大学光寿红教授获得遗传学博士学位(2014-2019年)并进行博士后研究(2019-2020年)。2020年进入西班牙基因组调控研究中心(Centre for genomic regulation, CRG)英国皇家科学学会院士Ben Lehner实验室进行博士后研究。2024年加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部。

课题组目前主要通过结合系统遗传学,分子生物学,计算生物学,结构生物学等理论与实验手段,以蛋白-蛋白相互作用,蛋白-小分子相互作用,蛋白变构调控机制为先行科学问题,以重要原癌基因KRAS为切人点,从事定量生物大数据的挖掘、处理与分析的研究,并进行相关方法学的建立与发展。主要研究成果发表在Nature, Genes & Development, Cell Reports等期刊上。
