研究兴趣与方向:

1. 开发新型神经化学研究技术,如单细胞代谢组学、单细胞器代谢组学、脑空间代谢组学等。

2. 依托单细胞和空间代谢组学检测技术,研究脑衰老及阿尔兹海默病、帕金森氏病等神经退行性疾病中小分子代谢组的变化及其分子机制,寻找相关的早期诊断标志物以及治疗方法。

3. 探究感知觉、情绪、认知的神经环路机制及其相关疾病,如癫痫、慢性痛、抑郁症、成瘾和耐受等,并开发相应的新型治疗药物和治疗方法。

4. 探索神经系统配体门控离子通道的调控机制,如甘氨酸受体和伽马氨基丁酸受体等。


教授 博士生导师 2001年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院获理学学士学位 2006年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院获理学博士学位 20062013在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)酒精滥用与酒精中毒研究所(NIAAA)从事博士后研究工作

 

20133月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学学院。现任生命科学学院副院长。基金委国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,科技部“十三五”重点研发计划首席科学家,“国家特聘专家”,科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”,中国科学技术大学杰出研究校长奖,中科院优秀导师,唐立新优秀学者奖获得者,中国科学院脑科学与智能技术卓越创新中心青年骨干。长期从事从事神经生物学及神经化学领域的相关科学研究,研究方向包括:脑衰老与神经退行性疾病、神经环路与神经代谢调控、新型代谢组学技术研发、离子通道调控等,并取得系列重要研究成果。在CellNature MethodsNature MetabolismNature CommunicationsScience AdvancesPNASCell ReportsMolecular Psychiatry等国际期刊发表多篇通讯作者论文。工作入选2018年度“中国生命科学十大进展”。获得过多项国家级基金资助。
