特任研究员,博士生导师。合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心、中国科学院天然免疫和慢性疾病重点实验室独立PI


2011年毕业于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院,获生物科学学士学位;2016年获美国德州农工大学(Texas A&M University)生物化学博士学位;后于美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(University of California, San Diego)医学院从事博士后研究工作,2022年加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,组建微生物与慢性疾病实验室。


多年来一直致力于人体共生菌群与健康和疾病的相关研究,学术成果以第一作者身份发表于NatureNature CommunicationsNature Reviews Gastroenterology & HepatologyJournal of Hepatology等高影响因子期刊,并被NatureScienceCellNature Reviews Drug DiscoveryNature Reviews Gastroenterology & HepatologyCell Host MicrobesHepatology等国际著名刊物点评报道,获得Faculty of 1000收录并被两位独立推荐人分别给予最高等级评价。迄今共发表SCI论文28篇,申请发明专利1项,相关成果被引用1000余次。

1. 肠道微生物对代谢性及免疫性疾病,尤其是慢性肝病的影响及其具体分子机制;

2. 微生物相关生物疗法,尤其是噬菌体疗法
