主要研究兴趣：蛋白质设计改造及在合成生物学中的应用
博士，教授。2007年毕业于中国科学技术大学生物化学与分子生物学系，获理学博士学位。2007至2011年先后在美国Mayo Clinic和南加州大学进行博士后研究，开展G蛋白偶联受体的结构和功能、锌指蛋白的设计与筛选研究工作。2011年入职中国科学技术大学，2017年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会。研究工作发表于Nature、Nature Methods、Nature Computational Science、Nature Communications、PNAS等期刊。
