主要研究方向:

1.研究由lncRNA和三维基因组空间结构组成的三维空间转录调控在脑衰老中的作用

2.研究lncRNA和染色质相互作用在减数分裂和精子发生过程中的转录调控作用


教授 博士生导师 毕业于北京师范大学生物系 1996年和1999年分别获得学士和硕士学位 2006年在美国罗彻斯特大学生物系取得分子、细胞和发育生物学博士学位 2006-2012年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后研究 期间获得癌症研究所博士后奖学金资助。201212月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学学院。多年来一直从事基因转录调控、长链非编码RNAlncRNA)、三维基因组空间结构等相关研究,在Genome ResearchCell Death DifferentiationGenes DevelopmentNucleic Acids Research等学术期刊上发表了系列文章。
