教授 博士生导师 2001年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院 获理学学士学位 2006年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院 获理学博士学位 20062013年 在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)酒精滥用与酒精中毒研究所(NIAAA)从事博士后研究工作。

20133月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学学院。现任生医部副部长兼生命科学学院执行院长。中国科学院“脑科学与脑疾病”重点实验室副主任、“新型生命医学成像与智能处理”安徽省重点实验室主任。国家“杰出青年科学基金”获得者、国家“高层次人才特殊支持计划”科技创新领军人才、科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”、国家海外高层次人才计划青年项目获得者。中国科学技术大学杰出研究校长奖,中科院优秀导师,唐立新优秀学者奖获得者。从事神经生物学相关科学研究,研究方向包括:脑功能的神经代谢与环路调控、衰老与神经退行性疾病、新型代谢组学技术研发、离子通道调控等。在CellCell MetabolismNature MethodsNature MetabolismNature Machine IntelligenceNature Chemical BiologyNature CommunicationsScience AdvancesPNASMolecular PsychiatryScience Bulletin等知名国际期刊发表多篇通讯作者论文。工作入选2018年度“中国生命科学十大进展”。主持多项国家级科研项目,包括:科技部“十三五”重点研发计划(首席科学家)、基金委重点项目(负责人)、中科院B类先导科技专项(项目组长)、中科院从01原始创新项目(负责人)、863青年科学家等。

 

研究兴趣与方向:

1.探究感知觉的神经环路机制及其相关疾病,如认知障碍、癫痫、慢性痛、抑郁症、成瘾和耐受等,并开发相应的新型治疗药物和治疗方法。

2.开发新型神经-化学技术,如单细胞质谱、单细胞器质谱、脑质谱成像等。

3.依托单细胞质谱和脑质谱成像技术,研究阿尔兹海默病、帕金森氏病等神经退行性疾病中小分子代谢组的变化及其分子机制,寻找相关的早期诊断标志物以及治疗方法。

4.探索配体门控离子通道的调控机制,如甘氨酸受体和伽马氨基丁酸。
