主要研究兴趣:
1. 斑马鱼神经元及其髓鞘损伤保护机制与修复对策;
 2. 
在位实时活体成像技术应用于神经发育与损伤修复细胞分子动力学的研究;

3. 神经单细胞标记和蛋白组学技术。

 

教授,博导,生命科学与医学部副部长,中科大生命科学实验中心主任中国科学技术大学生物学系生物物理学专业学士(1984-1989)硕士(1989-1992),中国科学院上海生理研究所博士(1993-1999,香港大学医学院联合培养1994-1997)2001年在香港大学医学院解剖学系以及2002.1-2004.11在美国加州大学(UCLA&UC Irvine) 开展博士后工作。20078月前任香港大学医学院解剖学系Research Officer。多年从事发育神经生物学和神经损伤及髓鞘修复机制的研究,发表SCI论文61, 英文专著三个章节,第一、共笫一作者8篇,通讯及共通讯作者共计34篇,总计被引2067次。第一和共第一作者及通讯作者代表性论文有Glia, Development, Nature Medicine, Advanced Materials, Experimental Neurology, ACS Nano,IOVSJ Pineal Res,Mol NeurobiolAdv Func Mat.Nucleic Acids Res, FASEB J, Front. Mol. Neurosci。曾获得2007-2008年度香港大学最佳研究著作奖,2009年第三届药明康德生命化学研究奖,2013年王宽诚育才奖, 2015年中国科学技术大学第八届杨亚基金教育奖,安徽省教学成果一等奖(2018。以学术骨干身份完成国家科技部973项目2项正执行1项,先后负责承担并完成国家自然科学基金面上4项和重大研究计划培育项目2项,正在承担1项国自然面上项目和1项重大子课题。


主要研究课题:斑马鱼运动神经单细胞解析神经再生;斑马鱼髓鞘再建。
