主要研究兴趣:
1.原癌基因和抑癌基因相互作用,以及其在肿瘤形成中的功能;
2.非编码RNA参与肿瘤发生和发展的分子机制;
3.微环境与肿瘤发生发展。
教授,博士生导师。2000年毕业于安徽大学生命科学学院,获理学学士学位;2002年至2007年,就读于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院,获博士学位。2007年至2011年于美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院从事博士后研究。2011年至今,任中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授。研究癌蛋白和抑癌蛋白介导的信号通路以及其在肿瘤形成中的作用,特别是非编码RNA参与肿瘤形成的分子机制,以期深入地解析肿瘤发生发展的信号网络,并鉴定肿瘤治疗新的潜在靶点。主要研究成果发表于Molecular Cell,PNAS,Nature Communications和EMBO Journal等国际学术期刊。2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2014年获得国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年科学基金”项目。
