中国科学技术大学讲席教授，入选国家级人才项目、国家杰出青年基金、首批“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”和国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。历任中科院生物物理研究所副所长、生物大分子国家重点实验室副主任，中国生物物理学会常务理事、分子生物物理分会主任、中国晶体学会常务理事、中国生物化学与分子生物学学会理事。国家重点研发计划首席科学家。

研究领域

1. 结核分枝杆菌外膜通道蛋白和代谢关键酶的结构与功能。

2. G蛋白耦联受体的配体识别和信号传导机制。

3. 液液相分离过程中生物大分子相互作用和应激颗粒组装机制。
