徐桂凤，中国科学技术大学特任教授、博士生导师，现任安徽省儿童发育行为中心主任，中国科学技术大学附属第一医院儿科发育行为疾病亚专科主任。入选国家创新人才计划青年项目、全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。
2006年本科毕业于华中科技大学，获医学和外语双学士学位。2009年硕士毕业于中山大学，获医学硕士学位。2014年毕业于美国乔治梅森大学，获发展心理学硕士学位。2020年毕业于美国爱荷华大学，获流行病学博士学位。2020-2021年在美国爱荷华大学儿童医院从事发育行为儿科及流行病学博士后研究。
曾先后工作于广州市妇女儿童医疗中心、美国Emory大学Marcus自闭症中心、美国爱荷华大学儿童医院发展与障碍中心、精神科及亲子依恋与神经发展实验室。2021回国入职中国科学技术大学附属第一医院，2022年10月入职中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部，同时兼聘于附属第一医院儿科，任发育行为疾病亚专科主任。
主持国家级及省部级科研项目及国际家庭关系协会资助的研究项目、参与美国NIH基金项目。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇于JAMA、BMJ、JAMA Pediatrics、JAMA Network Open、American Journal of Preventive Medicine、Health Psychology等国际学术期刊。担任学术期刊BMJ Mental Health的Associate Editor、《中国校医》杂志副主编，同时担任Nature Mental Health、National Science Review, Scientific Reports等杂志审稿人。
中国科学技术大学儿童脑发育与终生健康队列的发起人，庐江队列和中国科大出生队列的CO-PI。兼任中国残疾人康复协会应用行为分析专委会常务委员、
中国中国认知科学学会儿童脑智发展与健康专委会常务委员、中国妇幼健康研究会婴幼儿心理行为专委会委员、安徽儿童健康管理专委会副主任委员、安徽省全科医师学会康复分会常务委员等。
研究兴趣和方向：
长期从事母婴健康、儿童脑发育及心理行为、心血管健康等领域的人群及基础研究。牵头建设中国科学技术大学儿童脑发育与终生健康队列、作为CO-PI主要参与庐江队列、中国科大出生队列等前瞻性队列，并且开展随机对照干预试验，从生命历程角度探讨儿童发育行为障碍的病因、危险因素、代际效应和预防干预措施。
