特任教授,博士生导师,入选国家海外高层次人才计划和中科院青年人才计划。
2015年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学,2015年至2023年先后在美国华盛顿大学、耶鲁大学和加州大学洛杉矶分校任博士后和助理研究员。2023年4月加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,组建心血管代谢实验室。主要研究方向为心血管代谢疾病,包括心力衰竭、肥胖、糖尿病等,采用系统遗传学和分子生物学方法探究心血管代谢疾病的病理生理机制。主要工作发表于Science,Circulation,Circulation Research (2017,2024), Nature Communications, EMBO Journal等期刊上,研究成果被Science,Nature Reviews Cardiology,Circulation,Cardiovascular Research等期刊关注和报道。
主要研究兴趣:
利用人和鼠的多组学数据库研究心血管代谢疾病。利用约100种不同基因背景的近交品系HMDP(Hybrid Mouse Diversity Panel)小鼠构建心血管代谢疾病模型以模拟不同病人的群体多样性,结合系统遗传学、分子生物学和细胞生物学来探究心血管代谢疾病的遗传基础和病理机制。
