个人简介:
博士,双聘特任研究员。安徽省学术和技术带头人后备人选、中国科学院优秀博士论文获得者、安徽省自然科学一等奖获得者(2/4)。中国科学技术大学生物化学与分子生物学博士。主要从事非编码RNA在细胞稳态调控中的功能与功能机理方面的研究。历任中国科大生医部基础医学院博士后、特任副研究员,2023年4月起双聘于中国科学技术大学附属第一医院与中国科大生命科学与医学部工作。期间获得并主持国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年项目、国家博士后科学基金、安徽省高校杰出青年科研项目、安徽省自然科学基金、校青年创新基金等项目,并作为课题骨干参与科技部国家重大研发计划。主要研究成果发表在Nature Communications、Advanced Sciences、PNAS、Trends in Biochemical Sciences、Oncogene、Genome Research、Cancer Letters等期刊。曾获中国科大生命科学学院第一届“杰出论文研究奖”。现任中国医师协会心血管内科医师分会心血管疾病精准检测学组委员、安徽省病理生理学会心血管分会常委、安徽省抗癌学会家族遗传性肿瘤分会常委。
主要研究兴趣:
1、非编码RNA(如环状RNA、长链非编码RNA等)在肿瘤与心血管病中的功能与机理
2、非编码RNA参与肿瘤转移、耐药的分子机制及药物筛选
3、非编码RNA参与基因组稳定性与细胞稳态调控
