特任研究员。2015年博士毕业于中国医学科学院北京协和医学院血液学研究所,2015年至2023年先后在美国密歇根大学医学院和辛辛那提儿童医院医学中心担任博士后研究员和助理研究员。20234月双聘于中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部和附属第一医院血液和细胞治疗研究所。主要研究方向以多色共聚焦免疫荧光成像技术探索骨髓正常造血结构与调控机制,以及异常造血(肿瘤性和非肿瘤性血液系统疾病,其它系统异常引起的血细胞生成异常等)。主要工作发表于Nature20212024)、Cell Research等期刊。


研究背景:

利用免疫荧光成像技术研究生理及病理条件下骨髓造血空间结构与微环境调控。通过发现和设计新的细胞表面标记物组合,实现骨髓原位识别包括LT-HSCST-HSC和功能性的MPP2MPP3MPP4等在内的各级多能造血干、祖细胞,双潜能和各系单分化潜能祖细胞及其子代血细胞。并结合多种小鼠模型,揭示了稳态、失血、感染、G-CSF动员以及衰老等状态下骨髓造血组织结构的宏观和微观变化。


主要研究方向:

1. 小鼠骨髓造血组织各系各级细胞分化空间结构与微环境调控。重点关注巨核系/红系的造血分化及调控。

2. 不同压力条件下骨髓造血组织结构及微环境变化。重点关注骨髓衰老造血及血液系统肿瘤。
