研究方向

本课题组的研究是一个涉及生物材料、药物递送以及基因、蛋白质和细胞工程的交叉领域。旨在深入理解并提供解决临床问题的基础性理论及策略。我们的关注点涵盖多个临床问题,包括治疗耐受、复发、毒性、副作用等。正在进行的研究项目包括开发新型药物递送平台,以克服癌症免疫疗法中的耐受;通过纳米颗粒设计增强药物递送到深层肿瘤;建立核酸递送平台用于治疗癌症、传染病和代谢性疾病;利用生物材料修改免疫细胞,以实现高效且低毒的细胞疗法;以及探索蛋白质和肽的工程策略以实现安全的肿瘤免疫疗法等。
