中国科学技术大学教授,中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)副院长、中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区(安徽省肿瘤医院)院长,主任医师,博士生、博士后导师。入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划科技创新领军人才、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、国务院政府特殊津贴、中国肿瘤青年科学家、泰山学者特聘专家等。


主要研究方向为肿瘤个体化精准放射免疫研究。承担863计划、国家科技支撑计划、公益行业科研专项、国家自然科学基金、山东省重点研发计划、自然科学杰出青年基金等十余项,其中为首连续承担7项国家自然科学基金。在肿瘤学、放射治疗及影像学权威期刊等发表论文190余篇,主编著作3部,主持制定全国性肿瘤诊治指南6项,参与制定5项。首位获批国家发明专利23项。3次荣获国家科技进步奖二等奖,为首2次荣获中华医学科技奖、2次荣获省科技进步奖二等奖,多次荣获国际科学奖等十余项。系列研究成果被美国放疗协作组织(RTOG)、美国癌症综合诊治网(NCCN)的肺癌诊治指南(2010-2023)和中国版肺癌临床实践指南采纳,入选美国放射肿瘤学经典教材,获2015 ASTRO 唯一的 “International Abstract Award” 2018 SANTRO “Best Abstract Award”2020ASTRO “Best of ASTRO”2022CSCO创新研究,2023欧洲核医学与分子影像学杂志最佳论文。主持制订放射性食管炎的预防与治疗临床实践指南、放射相关性肺炎中国专家诊治共识等国家级协会指南/共识6部,参与制订中国抗癌协会肺癌诊疗指南(2021/2022版)、中国临床肿瘤学会非小细胞肺癌诊疗指南(2020/2021/2022版)、中国医师协会中国恶性胸膜间皮瘤诊疗指南(2021版)、中国医师协会中国胸腺上皮肿瘤诊疗指南(2021版)等。
