1. NK细胞和ILC亚群的发育分化;

2. NK细胞亚群的区域免疫特性;

3. NK细胞亚群在重大疾病中的作用及机制。

 

彭慧,中国科学技术大学教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年基金获得者。本科和博士毕业于中国科学技术大学。2012-2019年期间,先后以博士后、副研究员和副教授在中国科学技术大学生命科学学院从事科研教学工作,201911月起任生命科学与医学部教授,现任中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部副部长。长期从事NK细胞研究,致力于解析NK细胞的发育分化、区域免疫特性及其在肿瘤等重大疾病中的作用和机制,发现了肝脏驻留 NK 细胞新亚群,并围绕其谱系发育、功能、疾病意义取得一系列重要进展,以(含共)通讯/第一作者在 ScienceCellImmunityScience ImmunolJ Exp MedJ Clin InvestNat Commu等国际高水平期刊发表论文。主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、优青、面上等项目,获国家自然科学二等奖 (排名第三、中国免疫学会青年学者奖、海外校友基金会青年教师事业奖,相关成果入选中国血液学十大进展。
